新零售流通供应链商业模式创新体系构建 被引量:19

摘要 随着信息环境、技术环境和商业环境的变化,新零售流通供应链已逐渐呈现出扁平化、数据化和生态化的特征,然而新零售流通供应链商业模式却并未随之发生相应的改变,这使得新零售流通供应链整体运行状况不佳。为此,以消费者体验为触点,以流通供应链为载体,以流通价值链为导向,将场景要素纳入研究范畴,在及时捕捉环境变化的基础上,对新零售流通供应链商业模式的内涵进行了揭示,并构建了包括新零售流通供应链商业模式创新机理、创新模型、创新方法和创新路径的创新体系。以苏宁为例进行了实证,通过运用场景化思维构建新零售流通供应链,围绕新零售流通供应链的商业模式创新体系提炼了新零售流通供应链商业模式创新流程。研究结果表明新零售流通供应链商业模式应是基于大数据、云计算、物联网等技术的场景化、智能化和智慧化的创新。 With the changes of information environment,technology environment and business environment,the new retail circulation supply chain has gradually presented the characteristics of flattening,digitalizing and ecologicalizingBut the new retail circulation supply chain business model has not changed accordingly,which makes the overall operation of the new retail circulation supply chain poorThis paper studied the circumstance factors which includes consumer experience,circulation supply chain and circulation value chainTo this end,the connotation of the new retail circulation supply chain and the business model were revealed,and anew innovation system of business model of the retail distribution supply chain was estab⁃lished,which includes innovation mechanism,innovation method,innovation model and innovation pathTaking Suning as an example,this paper demonstrates the business model innovation process of new retail circulation supply chain by grasping the new retail circulation supply chain and scenar⁃io⁃based creative thinking,focusing on the innovation system of the new retail circulation supply chain business modelThis paper points out that the business model of the new retail circulation supply chain should be a scenario⁃based,intelligent and wisdom of innovation,which is based on big data,cloud computing,Internet of Things and other technologies.
