塔机附着在综合体多塔联合作业中的应用研究

摘要 在综合体项目群塔作业中,塔机的附着将影响到塔机的顶升高度,对群塔防碰撞起直接性影响。塔机的附着也直接影响到现场劳务作业、成本及安全,最终影响施工效率。本文以广东省深圳市南山智谷产业园项目6栋超过100 m塔楼为依托,通过塔吊的选型、布设及附着优化等方面对多塔联合作业防碰撞进行分析研究,对多塔联合作业防碰撞及施工成本、安全及进度管理意义重大。 How to attach tower cranes will affect the height of tower cranes and directly affect the anti-collision of tower groups in the operation of complex projects.Attachment of tower crane also directly affects on-site labor operation,cost and safety,and ultimately affects construction efficiency.Based on the project of Shenzhen Nanshan Zhigu Industrial Park,six towers exceeding 100 m are analyzed and studied in the aspects of type selection,layout and attachment optimization of tower cranes.It is of great significance to anti-collision and construction cost,safety and schedule management of multi-tower joint operation.
