摘要
依托于某大型水利枢纽工程,研究了轻烧氧化镁和聚乙烯醇纤维(PVA纤维)和聚丙烯纤维(PP纤维)对混凝土力学性能、变形性能、绝热温升和混凝土早期开裂性能的影响。结果表明:轻烧氧化镁由于自身微膨胀作用,可以有效补偿混凝土自生体积变形收缩,使混凝土自生体积变形呈现膨胀状态,同时一定程度上减少混凝土干燥收缩;两种纤维均可提高混凝土极限拉伸值,减小混凝土干燥收缩,对混凝土早期开裂有一定的抑制作用。轻烧氧化镁和不同品种纤维对混凝土性能均有一定的影响,两者可以一定程度上提高混凝土抗裂性能。
Based on a large water control project,the effects of light burnt magnesia and polyvinyl alcohol fiber(PVA fiber)and polypropylene fiber(PP fiber)on the mechanical properties,deformation properties,adiabatic temperature rise and early cracking performance of concrete were studied.The results show that the calcined magnesia can effectively compensate the autogenous volume deformation and shrinkage of concrete due to its own micro-expansion,so that the self-generated volume deformation of the concrete can be expanded,and the concrete shrinkage shrinkage can be reduced to some extent;both fibers can improve the ultimate tensile value of concrete.It reduces the drying shrinkage of concrete and has a certain inhibitory effect on the early cracking of concrete.Light burnt magnesia and different fiber types have certain effects on concrete performance,and both can improve the crack resistance of concrete to a certain extent.
