摘要
目的讨论不同修复方法治疗前磨牙重度楔状缺损效果。方法选取2016年3月—2020年3月医院重度穿髓型楔形缺损前磨牙的患者120例,随机分为三组,三组均使用常规治疗,在A组中使用单纯树脂填充修复,在B组中使用纤维桩联合全冠修复,在C组中使用纤维桩联合复合树脂填充修复。结果三组修复成功率相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组总满意率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在重度穿髓型楔形缺损前磨牙的患者中使用纤维桩联合全冠修复,修复成功率比较高,患者的满意率比较高,具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To discuss the effect of different repair methods on severe wedge defect of premolars.Methods From March 2016 to March 2020,120 patients with severe perforated wedge-shaped premolars in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups.All three groups were treated with conventional treatment.In group A,pure resin filling was used for repair.In group B,In group C,fiber post combined with full crown repair was used,and in group C,fiber post combined with composite resin was used for filling repair.Results Compared with the success rate of repair in the three groups,the difference was large(P<0.05).Compared with the total satisfaction rate of the three groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion In the patients with severe penetrating medullary wedge defect premolars,post combined with full crown repair,the success rate of repair is relatively high,and the satisfaction rate of patients is relatively high,which has important clinical value.
