索磷布韦联合达拉他韦治疗慢性丙型肝炎患者的效果

摘要 目的:观察索磷布韦联合达拉他韦治疗慢性丙型肝炎患者的效果。方法:选取72例慢性丙型肝炎患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各36例,对照组采取聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a注射液联合达拉他韦治疗,观察组采取索磷布韦联合达拉他韦治疗。比较两组治疗前后肝功能指标[总胆红素(TBIL)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)及白蛋白(ALB)]水平、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)RNA转阴率及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组TBIL、ALT、AST水平均明显低于对照组,ALB水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组HCV RNA转阴率为91.67%,明显高于对照组的69.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为13.89%,明显低于对照组的36.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:索磷布韦联合达拉他韦治疗慢性丙型肝炎患者,可改善肝功能指标水平,提高HCV RNA转阴率,降低不良反应发生率,其效果优于聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a注射液联合达拉他韦治疗效果。
