摘要
借助单向拉伸、OM以及XRD方法,研究了组织及织构对连退铌微合金钢拉伸力学性能各向异性的影响。实验结果显示,实验钢板的织构主要由{001}<110>、{115}<110>、{112}<110>、{111}<110>和{111}<112>组成,不同拉伸方向上的显微组织无显著差异,但钢板不同拉伸方向上的强度呈现出显著各向异性。分析认为,实验钢中由织构造成的Schmid因子的最大值ηmax在不同拉伸方向上的差异,是导致力学性能各向异性的原因。
The effects of microstructure and texture on mechanical properties of continuously annealed niobium microalloy steel were investigated by tensile test,OM and XRD analysis.The results show that,the textures of alloy are mainly consisted of{001}<110>,{115}<110>,{112}<110>,{111}<110>and{111}<112>,there is no significant difference on microstructure of the alloy at different tensile directions,but the yield and tensile strength exhibit obivious anisotropy along those tensile directions.According to analysis,The planar anisotropy is mainly attributed to the difference of maximum Schmid factor(ηmax)along various tensile directions.
