高炉无料钟布料凸台料面模拟研究

摘要 以某高炉为研究对象,根据其主要参数条件、装料制度,应用无料钟多环布料数学模型模拟研究了炉料在炉内的初始分布,寻求中心较开放的凸台料面。研究发现:边缘增加布料圈数和溜槽大角差布料以及边缘矿增加布料圈数、增加焦炭布料溜槽角度和溜槽大角差布料方法可获得较平坦的凸台料面。采用减少布料溜槽角度布料方法时,调整布料参数一般难以获得中心较开放的凸台料面;采用增加焦炭布料溜槽角度布料方法时,缩小布矿焦溜槽角度,增大矿焦布料溜槽角度差易获得中心较开放的凸台料面。在生产中应用本模型将有助于炼铁高炉工作者定性和定量运用上部调剂控制炉料在高炉炉内的初始分布,达到保护炉墙、保证高炉顺行、改善煤气利用、节能降耗的目的。 Based on the main parameters and charging system of a certain blast furnace,the initial distribution of charge in the furnace is simulated by the bell-less multi-ring distribution mathematical model,and a convex boss charging surface with a relatively open center is sought.The results show that the flat surface of convex boss can be obtained by increasing the number of feeding loops and the large angle difference of chute at the edge,increasing the number of feeding loops at the edge and increasing the coke feeding chute angle and the large angle difference of chute at the edge.When adopting the method of reducing the angle of cloth chute,it is difficult to get the material surface of convex boss with more open center by adjusting the cloth parameters.When adopting the method of increasing the angle of coke cloth chute,the angle of ore coke cloth chute can be reduced,and the material surface of convex head with more open center can be obtained by increasing the angle difference of ore coke cloth chute.The application of this model in production will be helpful for the workers of ironmaking BF to qualitatively and quantitatively control the initial distribution of burden in the BF with upper adjustment,so as to protect the furnace wall,ensure the BF running smoothly,improve the utilization of gas,and save energy and reduce consumption.
