摘要
困难气道管理作为围手术期治疗和抢救的前提,与患者的安全息息相关。随着现代医学影像学和内镜技术的发展,X线、CT、MRI、超声、纤维支气管镜及可视插管软镜、3D打印等技术在困难气道管理中的应用逐渐增多。文章简述早期和近期X线、CT和MRI三维重建、超声、可视插管软镜、3D打印等技术,及其在困难气道中应用的新进展。
Difficult airway management,as a general technique for treatment and rescue in the perioperative period,is closely related to patient safety.With the development of techniques of modern medical imaging and endoscopy,the application of X⁃ray,com⁃puter tomography(CT),magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),ultrasound,video flexible intubation scope and 3D printing technique in dif⁃ficult airway management is increasing.This article described new progress of using X⁃ray in early and recent stages,CT and MRI 3D reconstruction,ultrasound,fiberoptic bronchoscopy,flexible intubation endoscope and 3D printing in the difficult airway management.
