废弃稀土抛光粉回收再利用研究进展 被引量:5

Research Process in Recovering and Reutilizing of Rare Earth Polishing Powder Wastes

摘要 稀土抛光粉具有优良的抛光性能,广泛应用于研磨抛光领域.抛光失效的稀土抛光粉铈含量较高,是一种具有经济价值的二次资源.本文分两个部分综述了废弃稀土抛光粉回收的研究进展,介绍了物理分离和化学分离回收废弃稀土抛光粉,概括了酸碱浸出回收技术中的主要影响因素.分析了化学沉淀和萃取法从废弃稀土抛光粉酸浸液回收铈,并对废弃稀土抛光粉回收再利用的发展方向进行了总结和展望. Rare earth polishing powder presents favorable polishing property that widely used in abrasion and polishing field.Waste rare earth polishing powder contains high cerium,which is a second resources with economic value.This paper reviewed the study process of recovering rare earth polishing powder waste(REPPW).Firstly,presentation of REPPW recovering methods,including physical separation and chemical separation,major effect factors of acid-base leaching recovery technology were generalized.After that,the chemical precipitation and extraction method were introduced to recover cerium from acid leaching solution of rare earth polishing powder waste.Finally,the development direction of recycling and reuse of rare earth polishing powder waste was summarized and prospected.
