摘要
目的探讨急性白血病(acute leukemia,AL)患者化疗中精细化护理干预应用情况及其对肛周感染的影响。方法选取2018年2月-2019年2月本院收治的112例急性白血病患者作为研究对象,采用数字盲选法,划分为对照组(n=56)和观察组(n=56),对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组采用精细化护理干预,对两组患者肛周感染情况、焦虑及抑郁评分进行比较。结果干预后,观察组肛周感染发生率显著低于对照组;观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组。两组对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性白血病患者化疗中应用精细化护理干预,不仅使肛周感染发生率明显降低,而且还能够帮助患者有效克服焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪。
Objective To investigate the effect of intensive nursing intervention in acute leukemia(AL) patients undergoing chemotherapy and its effect on perianal infection.Methods A total of 112 cases of acute leukemia patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as research objects.The patients were divided into control group(n=56,routine nursing intervention) and observation group(n=56,fine nursing intervention) by digital blind selection method,and the perianal infection,anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the incidence of perianal infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were also lower than those in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing intervention in chemotherapy of acute leukemia patients can not only reduce the incidence of perianal infection,but also help patients overcome anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions effectively.
