摘要
为了解近年来木本植物内生真菌多样性的最新研究进展,该文从木本植物内生真菌的物种多样性、遗传多样性、代谢产物多样性和生态多样性等方面进行了文献资料查阅和概括总结,分析了研究中存在的不足,展望了未来的研究趋向,以期为深入研究内生真菌多样性提供参考。
In order to understand the latest research progress on the diversity of endophytic fungi in woody plants in recent years,a literature review and review of species diversity,genetic diversity,metabolite diversity,and ecological diversity of woody plant endophytic fungi were conducted.Summarize and aim at the shortcomings in the research,and look forward to future research trends,in order to provide important reference materials for further understanding of endophytic fungal diversity and further research.
