石油资源作为重要的基础能源,直接关系着我国经济建设的发展和国民的生活水平。石油计量作为石油石化生产的重要环节,与石化企业的经济效益和发展方向密切相关。为了科学规范地开展石油生产经营活动,需要规范石油计量管理,提升石油计量的准确性。
As an important basic energy,petroleum resources are directly related to the development of China’s economic construction and people’s living standards.As an important part of petroleum and petrochemical production,petroleum measurement is closely related to the economic benefits and development direction of petrochemical enterprises.In order to carry out petroleum production and operation activities scientifically and normatively,it is necessary to standardize Petroleum Measurement Management and improve the accuracy of petroleum measurement.
