摘要
针对城内燃气远程调控系统的建立以及安全调控策略问题,首先对远程调控系统的架构进行简单介绍,在此基础上,对远程调控的调节方式和模式进行深入分析,最后对远程调控系统的安全调控策略进行研究,为保障城市燃气系统的安全奠定基础。研究表明:由于城市燃气用户对于压力和流量的稳定性要求相对较高,因此远程调控系统可以采用调压或者调流的模式;在安全调控策略方面,流量计需要设定专门的超限报警系统,以防止出现流量计损害问题,同时也可以保障供气的持续性。
In view of the establishment of the city’s gas remote control system and the safety control strategy,this study first briefly introduces the structure of the remote control system.The safety control strategy of the control system is studied to lay the foundation for ensuring the safety of the urban gas system.Studies have shown that,because urban gas users have relatively high requirements on the stability of pressure and flow,the remote control system can adopt the regulation mode of pressure regulation or flow regulation;in terms of safety regulation strategy,the flowmeter needs to set a special over-limit alarm The system can prevent the flowmeter damage problem and ensure the continuity of gas supply.
