摘要
针对现行物流行业存在纸箱封装工作量大、胶带使用浪费、封装作业不规范等问题,基于人们对物流行业的高效、绿色环保及包裹完整性的期望,以TRIZ理论理想解为指导,对现行快递胶带包装封口作业进行创新改进,设计一种能实现高效、环保、易操作的手持自动纸箱封胶带机,使快递包装封口过程更高效、环保、简洁,从而提高快递纸箱打包效率、减少因胶带用量过多造成的环境污染和资源浪费,改善物流作业流程的标准化程度。
In view of the problems in the current logistics industry,such as heavy carton packaging workload,waste of tape use,and irregular packaging operations,based on people's expectations for high efficiency,green environmental protection and package integrity in the logistics industry,guided by the ideal solution of TRIZ theory,this paper innovates and improves the current express tape packaging sealing operation,designs a hand-held automatic carton sealing tape machine that can achieve high efficiency,environmental protection and easy operation,making the express packaging sealing process more efficient,environmentally friendly and simple,thereby improving the express carton packaging efficiency and reducing environmental pollution and resource waste caused by excessive tape usage and improving the standardization of logistics operations.
