摘要
我国的水利水电工程施工具有一定的复杂性,不仅需要投入巨大的资金金额,整个施工周期也很长,整个施工过程涉及范围极为广泛,存在着大量不确定因素,超概算问题的出现几率非常高。在这种情况下,只有对超概算问题的出现原因进行深入的剖析,并针对性的提出控制措施,才能够减少超概算问题的出现,提升水利水电工程的工程造价质量。基于此,本文以水利水电工程加强超概算控制的重要性为切入,分析了水利水电工程超概算的原因,并提出了相应的控制措施,旨在通过有效的工程造价来促进水利水电工程事业的发展与进步。
The construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects in China has certain complexity.Not only does it require huge amounts of capital,the entire construction cycle is also very long,the entire construction process involves a very wide range,there are a large number of uncertainties,and the probability of over-estimation problems is very high.Under such circumstances,only the in-depth analysis of the causes of the over-budget problem and the targeted control measures can reduce the over-budget problem and improve the quality of water conservancy and hydropower projects.Based on this,this article takes the importance of strengthening the super budget control of water conservancy and hydropower projects as an entry point,analyzes the reasons for the super budget estimates of water conservancy and hydropower projects,and puts forward corresponding control measures,aiming to promote the development and progress of water conservancy and hydropower engineering through effective project cost.
