摘要
文章旨在利用地理信息系统(GIS)软件对土地预审工作中规划调整工作的重点流程、主要技术问题进行分析,为土地预审工作的技术支撑提供依据;同时,通过文献研究法、统计分析法,完善土地预审工作中关于规划调整工作的理论缺失,对后期推进用地预审工作有重要的意义.在后期预审报批的规划调整工作中,熟悉实时政策,全面理解预审报批流程,充分调动GIS软件的各项功能,把控规划调整过程中基本农田补划、建设用地的调入及调出等重要环节.
The purpose of this paper is to use geographic information system(GIS)software to analyze the key flow and main technical problems of the planning and adjustment work in the land prequalification work,and to provide the basis for the technical support of the land prequalification work.During the planning and adjustment of pre-approval in the later period,we need to be familiar with the real-time policy,fully understand the process of pre-approval,fully mobilize the functions of the GIS software,and make up and the basic farmland in the process of control planning adjustment Land transfer and other important links.
