摘要
钢铁管控中心系统作为调度、指挥、管控、发布平台,主要承担物流运输、设备抢修、信息发布等业务,在企业中发挥着重要的作用。管控中心系统建设应基于能源、运输、制造、设备、环境、视频监控等现有各系统的数据,实现有效联动,充分发挥各子系统的功能,不断提高管控能力,确保生产稳定、物流畅通。基于此,笔者重点分析了大屏可视化在钢铁管控中心系统中的运用。
As a platform for scheduling,command,control and release,the iron and steel control center system mainly undertakes logistics transportation,equipment repair,information release and other businesses,and plays an important role in the enterprise.The construction of management and control center system shall be based on the data of energy,transportation,manufacturing,equipment,environment,video monitoring and other existing systems to achieve effective linkage,give full play to the functi ons of each subsystem,continuously improve the management and control ability,and ensure stable production and smooth logistics.Based on this,the author analyzes the application of large screen visualization in the iron and steel management and control center system.
