摘要
目的探讨家属协同护理联合音乐护理对乳房切除术后乳腺癌患者社会支持、应对方式及自尊的影响。方法选取于我院行乳房切除术的120例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,采用抓阄法随机将其分为观察组(60例,家属协同护理+音乐护理)和对照组(60例,常规护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后1、2个月,观察组的PSSS、SCSQ评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的SSES、HAMD、HAMA评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家属协同护理联合音乐护理对乳房切除术后乳腺癌患者的护理效果显著,可减轻患者负面情绪,改善社会应对方式。
Objective To explore the effects of family cooperative nursing and music nursing on social support,coping style and self-esteem of breast cancer patients after mastectomy.Methods A total of 120 patients with breast cancer who received mastectomy in our hospital were selected as the research objects,the patients were randomly divided into observation group(60 cases,family cooperative nursing+music nursing)and control group(60 cases,routine nursing)by grasping method.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results At 1 and 2 months after nursing,the PSSS and SCSQ scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SSES,HAMD and HAMA scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family cooperative nursing and music nursing on breast cancer patients after mastectomy has a significant nursing effect,it can reduce the negative emotions of patients,and improve social coping style.
