摘要
文章探讨职业技术学校音乐教育人才的培养模式。职业技术学校音乐教育人才的培养应冲破固化的枷锁、创新教学模式,积极开展实践活动、提高创新执行能力,提高音乐鉴赏能力、增强社会价值熏陶,完善评价机制、多维度欣赏创作,以职业需求为导向,完成培养实际应用型社会人才的教学目标。
This paper discusses the training mode of music education talents in vocational and technical schools.The cultivation of music education talents in Vocational and technical schools should break through the shackles of solidification and innovate the teaching mode,actively carry out practical activities,improve the ability of innovation and implementation,improve the ability of music appreciation,enhance the edification of social value,improve the evaluation mechanism,multidimensional appreciation and creation,and complete the teaching goal of cultivating practical social talents with the guidance of professional needs.
