摘要
目的:分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者睡眠障碍与健康状况的相关性。方法:选取2018年1月至12月乐陵市市中街道办事处社区卫生服务中心收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者20例作为研究对象,按照失眠严重程度评分(ISI)分为失眠组(ISI评分≥15,n=7)、亚失眠组(8<ISI评分<15,n=7)和非失眠组(ISI评分<8,n=6)。比较分析所有患者病史资料、肺部检查报告等数据。结果:CAT评分与失眠严重程度密切相关,随着失眠严重程度的加重,COPD评估测试(CAT)相应升高。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的睡眠障碍与健康状况之间存在密切关系,CAT评分越高患者失眠严重程度越高,健康状况越不理想。临床可通过CAT评分掌握患者健康状况,为后期治疗工作提供有效依据。
Objective:To analyze the correlation between sleep disorder and health status in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:Twenty patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease diagnosed in Community Health Service Center of Shiling Shizhong sub district office from January to December 2018 were included in the study.All patients were divided into 3 groups by the score of severity of insomnia(ISI).Those with ISI score≥15 were classified as insomnia group(7 cases),those with ISI score<15 were classified as sub-insomnia group(7 cases),and those with ISI score<8 were classified as non-insomnia group(6 cases).All patients′medical history data and pulmonary examination reports were compared and analyzed.Results:CAT score was closely related to the severity of insomnia.With the aggravation of insomnia severity,COPD evaluation test(CAT)increased correspondingly.Conclusion:There is a close relationship between sleep disorder and health status in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.The higher the CAT score,the higher the severity of insomnia and the worse the health status.CAT score can be used to understand patients′health status in clinic,providing an effective basis for later treatment.
