摘要
目的了解东莞地区男护士的职业态度现状,探讨职业态度的影响因素。方法对东莞地区2018年3月1日—2018年6月30日24家医院共359名男护士的职业态度及其影响因素进行调查分析。结果 359名男护士以年轻初中级职称为主,占80.8%,平均年龄(26.2±4.6)岁。职业态度得分在4.5分以上者占65.7%,表明大部分男护士的职业态度属于积极。多元线性回归分析显示:认为男护士前途光明,对护理职业态度积极,医院对男护士很重视,有切实有效的男护士职业发展方案及培养计划,相信自己的护理职业不会影响(未来的)婚姻,希望得到上级及同事的认可及患者和家属的肯定及夜班次数少者其职业态度较积极。结论护理管理者应根据男护士的职业态度影响因素制定适宜的政策,稳定护理队伍,提高男护士的整体素质。
Objective To investigate the occupational attitude of male nurses in Dongguan area,and to explore the influencing factors of professional attitude.Methods A total of 359 male nurses from 24 hospitals in Dongguan from March 1,2018 to June 30,2018 were investigated and analyzed.Results Among the 359 male nurses,80.8%were young and middle-level,with an average age of(26.2±4.6)years.65.7%of the male nurses scored above 4.5,indicating that most of the male nurses had positive professional attitude.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that:male nurses had a bright future and positive attitude towards nursing profession.The hospital attached great importance to male nurses.They had practical and effective career development plans and training plans for male nurses.They believed that their nursing profession would not affect their marriage.They hoped to be recognized by their superiors and colleagues,patients and family members,and less night shifts More positive.Conclusion Nursing managers should formulate appropriate policies according to the influencing factors of male nurses’professional attitude,stabilize the nursing team and improve the overall quality of male nurses.
