摘要
研究了冷却水对光伏窗表面温度的影响,利用理论计算及Fluent模拟,在冷却水管管径一定的情况下,对比分析了冷却水进出口管间距及流速对光伏板的冷却效果。结果表明:进出口管间距越小,光伏板温度场越均匀,当管间距为100 mm时,管间距的减小对温度场均匀性的影响较小;冷却水流速越大,光伏板表面温度越低,当流速达到0.6 m/s以上时,流速的增加对光伏板冷却效果的提升不大。该研究对未来水幕光伏窗的设计研究具有一定的指导意义。
The effect of cooling water on the temperature of photovoltaic window was studied.Using theoretical calculation and Fluent simulation,the cooling effect of the number and flow rate of cooling water on the photovoltaic panel was compared and analyzed under the condition of constant cooling water pipe diameter.The results show that,the smaller the inlet and outlet pipe spacing,the more uniform the temperature field of the photovoltaic panel.When the pipe spacing is 100 mm,the reduction in tube spacing has less effect on temperature field uniformity;the larger the cooling water flow rate,the lower the surface temperature of the photovoltaic panel,and when the flow rate reaches 0.6 m/s or more,the influence of the increase of the flow rate on the cooling effect of the photovoltaic panel does not change much.This research has certain guiding significance for the design and research of future water curtain photovoltaic windows.
