维生素D:早泄研究与治疗的一个潜在新途径 被引量:1

摘要 早泄(premature ejaculation,PE)是男性最常见的性功能障碍之一,相关研究报道全球有近20%~30%的男性受到早泄的困扰[1-2],不仅会引起患者自身心情低落、抑郁苦恼,还对其伴侣的心理、性满意度及其他方面的生活都有着严重的负面影响[3]。当前,关于PE发病的基因多态性的研究主要集中在5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)、多巴胺(dopamine,DA)等相关基因上,其他基因如精氨酸加压素、催产素、甲状腺激素等方面的研究也有一些报道。近期,相关研究发现维生素D可能是早泄发病的潜在因素,补充维生素D可增加脑内5-HT水平。因此本文旨在综述维生素D与早泄之间的联系,进而探索研究治疗男性早泄的新的辅助治疗方法。 Premature ejaculation(PE)is one of the most common sexual dysfunctions in men.Related studies report that nearly 20%to 30%of men worldwide suffer from PE[1,2],which not only causes depression and distress of patients,but also has a serious negative impact on the psychology,sexual satisfaction and other aspects of life of the partner[3].Currently,studies on genetic polymorphisms in the pathogenesis of PE are focusing on 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),dopamine(DA)related genes,and other genes such as arginine vasopressin and oxytocin.There are also reports on thyroid hormones and other aspects.Recently,relevant studies have found that vitamin D may be a potential factor in the incidence of PE,and vitamin D supplementation can increase the level of 5-HT in the brain.Therefore,this paper aims to review the relationship between vitamin D and PE and explore new adjuvant treatments for the PE patients.
