摘要
相比传统的温度检测方式,红外在线温度场检测系统具有温场可视化、监控区域广泛、故障率低等优点。介绍了系统的结构和技术特点,及应用中需注意的事项,重点介绍了炉管温度在线测量,表面温度可视化监控,测量数据分析优化、烧焦过程跟踪等技术特点。应用结果表明:系统在提升裂解炉的运行效率、降低能耗、确保炉膛安全、稳定运行方面取得很好的效果。
Compared with the traditional temperature monitoring method,the infrared online temperature field detection system has the advantages of temperature field visualization,wide monitoring area and low failure rate.The structure and technical characteristics of the system are introduced,as well as the matters needing attention in the application.The technical characteristics of furnace tube online measurement,surface temperature visual monitoring,measuring data analysis optimization,scorching process tracking are introduced.After putting into operation,the results indicates the system has achieved good results in improving the operation efficiency of the cracking furnace,reducing energy consumption,ensuring the safety and stable operation of the furnace.
