天然气净化厂无人巡检模式探讨及实践 被引量:3

摘要 结合信息化技术及智能技术广泛应用的现状,在天然气净化厂现有控制系统的基础上,通过增加智能测量仪表、仪表设备管理系统、转动设备在线监测系统、智能机器人辅助巡检、物联网管理平台,完善FGS系统和工业视频监控系统的配置等方式,实现人工巡检内容和范围的全覆盖,从而实现无人巡检模式替代人工巡检的目的。实践证明:无人巡检模式可以有效降低劳动强度,减少重复性工作;提升天然气净化厂信息化管理水平,推进智能天然气净化厂建设。 Combining the current situation of wide application of information technology and intelligent technology, based on the existing control system in the natural gas purification plant, through adding intelligent measuring instrument, instrument device management system, online monitoring system of rotating equipment, intelligent robot assisting patrol, internet of things management platform, perfecting the configuration of FGS and industrial video monitoring system, the full coverage of content and scope for manned patrol is realized, the target of replacement of manned patrol with unmanned patrol mode is realized. The practical application indicates that the unmanned patrol mode can effectively reduce labour intensity and decrease the frequency of repetitive work. The information management level of natural gas purification plant is improved. The construction of intelligent natural gas purification plant is improved.
