摘要 泡沫温拌沥青(WMA)技术可以降低沥青胶结料的粘度,然而随着泡沫消失及温度降低,沥青粘度迅速增加,在消泡的过程中,由于环境条件不同,混合料中的水分不会散失或包含于混合料空隙中,并随着水分的扩散及冻融循环,降低沥青混合料沥青与集料的粘附性。因此,研究泡沫沥青温度降低及消泡过程中水分的散失非常重要。本文采用X射线显微技术(XRM),通过分析所得图像直接测定不同试件中的水分散失情况。研究发现,PG分级越高,其水分散失越慢。此外,采用X射线扫描技术可观测不同沥青中的水泡尺寸及分布情况。 Foam warm-mixed asphalt(WMA)technology can reduce the viscosity of asphalt binder.However,when the paving of pavement is completed,the viscosity of asphalt increases rapidly with the foam disappearing and the temperature decreasing.In the process of defoaming,the moisture in the mixture will not be lost but included in the void space of the mixture due to different environmental conditions,and the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate will be reduced with the diffusion of moisture and freeze-thaw cycle.Therefore,it is very important to study the loss of moisture in temperature decreasing and defoaming process of foam asphalt.In this paper,based on X-ray microscopy(XRM)technology,the water loss in different test pieces is directly measured by the analysis of the obtained image.The results show that higher PG,slower the water loss.And the size and distribution of the water in different pitch can be observed by the X-ray scanning technique.
