摘要
以宁德核电进厂公路桥台路段软基处理为例,对在近海滞洪区浮淤较厚、软弱淤泥厚度41m、地基承载力低的条件下建筑预应力混凝土薄壁管桩(PTC桩)网复合地基支承路堤的技术问题及解决方法进行了研究,采用桩体荷载分担比为0.85的高值用于设计,对相应条件进行了研究,提出路基填料内摩擦角和压实度双控的施工方法,减小了桩间土应力;综合应用表层淤泥换填+真空预压快速预加固地基技术和桩网复合地基处理技术,通过观测数据验证了工程实施的良好效果。
Combined with the example of soft foundation treatment of the road into Ningde Nuclear Power Plant,the technical problems and solutions of prestressed concrete thin-wall pipe pile(PTC pile)-net composite foundation supporting embankment under the conditions of thick surface floating silt,soft silt thickness of 41m and low foundation bearing capacity in offshore flood detention area were studied.The high value of pile load sharing ratio of 0.85 was used for design,and the corresponding conditions were studied.The construction method of double control of internal friction angle and compaction degree of the subgrade filler was put forward.The stress of soil between piles reduced by the above method.The surface silt replacement and vacuum preloading technology+pile-net composite foundation treatment technology were comprehensively applied.The good effect of the project implementation was verified by the observation data.
