摘要
为研究群钉连接装配式钢-混组合结构等效刚度,建立了有限元模型,对跨座单轨交通组合轨道梁的静动力特性进行了研究。预制混凝土板通过剪力群钉的方式与轨道梁下部钢箱进行组合装配,分别对装配之前的轨道梁钢箱和装配之后的钢-混组合轨道梁模态、等效竖弯刚度进行了分析。研究表明,混凝土板与钢箱装配后,组合轨道梁等效质量增大49%,等效竖弯刚度增大46%,竖弯模态固有频率折减3.7%,群钉连接方式能有效实现钢箱与混凝土板的组合。
In order to study the equivalent stiffness of assembled steel-concrete composite structure connected by group nails,a finite element model is established to study the static and dynamic characteristics of the composite track beam of straddle monorail transit.The precast concrete slab is assembled with the steel box at the lower part of the track beam by shear group nails.The modal and equivalent vertical bending rigidity of the steel box of the track beam before assembly and the steel box concrete slab composite track beam after assembly are analyzed.The results show that after assembling the concrete slab and the steel box,the equivalent mass of the composite track beam increases by 49%,the equivalent vertical bending rigidity increases by 46%,and the natural frequency of the vertical bending mode reduces by 3.7%.The group nail connection can effectively realize the combination of the steel box and the concrete slab.
