摘要
纵观古代疾病史料,关于传染病发病记载的文献资料当首推甲骨卜辞。通过对甲骨卜辞中关于传染病的疾病病名、传染病的特点、疾病发病原因以及防治措施四个方面进行论述,揭示了甲骨卜辞中已出现疾疫、疾蛔、疟疾等传染病名,说明甲骨卜辞中已经认识到传染病有流行性和季节性的特点,阐明殷商时期人们已开始针对引发传染病的原因,采取相应的预防与治疗措施。以甲骨卜辞中所记载的传染病文献资料为研究对象,说明甲骨卜辞中关于传染病的记载是我国迄今为止现存最早的关于传染病的文字记载。
Among ancient literatures of disease,Oracle bone inscriptions is the first literature to record infectious diseases.This article introduces the names,characteristics,causes,and preventions of infectious diseases recorded in Oracle bone inscriptions.It reveals that the names of infectious diseases such as epidemic disease,ascariasis and malaria are presented in Oracle bone inscriptions,and shows that the Oracle bone inscriptions recorded the epidemic and seasonal characteristics of infectious diseases.It is expounded that people began to take corresponding preventive and therapeutic measures against infectious diseases in the Yin and Shang Dynasties.In this article,the infectious diseases recorded in Oracle bone inscriptions are taken as the research object,which are the earliest existing written records of infectious diseases in China.
