摘要
基于对温度的测量及控制,对产品质量、生产安全、及国民经济的发展起到非常重要的作用,因此本文设计了一款由单片机控制的水温检测系统。本设计的硬件部分采用STC89C51单片机为主控芯片,采用DS18B20来作为温度检测装置,该传感器具有防水特点,并通过四位共阳数码管显示温度值,此外系统设立几个按键,可以通过按键进行设置温度的上、下限值,并将数据保存在单片机EEPROM中,做到掉电存储的功能,当所采集温度超过设定值时,系统会控制蜂鸣器和对应LED发出声光报警。
Based on temperature measurement and control,it plays a very important role in product quality,production safety and the development of national economy.The hardware part of this design adopts STC89C51 single chip microcomputer as the main control chip and DS18B20 as the temperature detection device.The sensor has the characteristics of waterproof and displays the temperature value through the four-bit common positive digital tube.In addition,several keys are set up in the system to set the upper and lower limit value of the temperature by the key,and the data is saved in the EEPROM of the single chip microcomputer to achieve the function of power-down storage when collected.If the temperature exceeds the set value,the system will control the buzzer and the corresponding LED to issue acousto-optic alarm。
