摘要
(特)高压直流输电工程阀外冷采用了密闭式冷却塔,在设备运行过程中为了抑制水垢和生物藻类的产生,需要向外冷水加入药剂以改善外冷循环水的水质,避免冷却塔散热部件与循环水接触面结垢和滋生藻类。由于设备本身的设计,补药一直是一个高劳动强度的工作,过程操作不当会造成人员受伤和受到药剂腐蚀的伤害。通过改进补药过程,将劳动型补药过程变成轻松的补药过程,操作者不需再搬运沉重的药桶,降低了伤害风险,提高了工作效率,节省了人力成本。
The closed cooling tower is used for the external cooling of the valve in the UHVDC transmission project.In order to control the generation of scale and biological algae during the operation of the equipment,it is necessary to add CHEMICAL to the external cooling water to improve the quality of the external cooling circulating water,so as to avoid scaling and algae growth on the contact surface between the cooling tower and the circulating water.Due to the design of the equipment itself,replenishment has always been a work of high labor intensity,and improper operation of the process will cause personal injury and chemical corrosion injury.Through the improvement of the tonic process,the labor-based tonic process is transformed into an easy tonic process.The operator does not need to carry the heavy medicine barrel again,which reduces the risk of injury,improves the working efficiency and saves the labor cost.
