摘要
电动单梁起重机主梁制造用的U形槽是该类型起重机主梁的重要组成部分,传统的生产方法为分段压制成形,并进行焊接组合加长,但该方法存在许多缺陷,影响起重机质量、限制起重机大批量生产等。为解决传统方法存在的问题,设计并使用一种连续滚碾成形工艺技术,生产制造电动单梁U形槽,取消了U形槽组合加长焊接工序;通过量化分析,U形槽连续滚碾成形工艺具有许多优越性。
U-groove used in the manufacture of main girder of electric single-boom crane is an important part of the main girder of this type of crane.Traditionally,it is manufactured by sectional press forming,and welded for lengthening.However,this method has many defects,such as affecting the quality of crane,restricting the mass production of crane,etc.In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional manufacturing method,this paper designed and used a continuous rolling forming technology to manufacture the U-groove of the electric single boom,eliminating the procedure of welding for extension.According to quantitative analysis,U-groove continuous rolling process has many advantages.
