摘要 本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷法,通过马来西亚中小学体育运动的发展,推广中国少数民族体育运动押加,为马来西亚体育运动发展做出贡献,并可给以体育游戏在体育课程中的意见与发展。对押加运动在马来西亚培群独中可行性的研究。根据押加运动在学校课外活动的发展性与参与性,将押加运动发展带入马来西亚中学课外活动。将押加运动与体育双结合,能在体育运动中有更好的发挥,在体育游戏中发挥出来。押加运动从规则到进行都简单化,而运作起来对身体各部位都有好处,希望通过民族传统体育对马来西亚体育有所帮助。 This article uses the literature material method,the interview method,the questionnaire method,through the development of sports in primary and secondary schools in Malaysia,promotes the sports of ethnic minorities in China.Contribute to the development of sports in Malaysia,and can give advice and development of sports games in physical education curriculum.A study on the feasibility of apocalypse in Malaysia’s Peiqun independence.According to the development and participation of extracurricular activities in schools,the development of extracurricular activities in secondary schools in Malaysia is brought into Malaysia.The combination of apocalypse and sports can play better in sports and play in sports games.The exercise is simplified from the rules to the process,and operates on all parts of the body.All places are good.I hope to help Malaysian sports through traditional national sports.
