摘要
在经济迅速发展的时代,国有企业在经济体系中的重要性日益凸显,国家对于国有企业的重视程度也不断提高。随着新时代的发展,国有企业也面临着新的问题:如何改善企业内部风气和加强员工管理。论文针对如何开展国有企业纪检监察队伍建设和人力资源管理工作进行探讨和研究。
In the era of rapid economic development,the importance of state-owned enterprises in the economic system is increasingly prominent,and the state's attention to state-owned enterprises is also constantly increasing.With the development of the new era,state-owned enterprises are also facing new problems:how to improve the internal atmosphere of enterprises and strengthen staff management.This paper discusses and studies how to develop the work of discipline inspection and supervision team construction and human resources management in state-owned enterprises.
