摘要
作为产业发展的技术规则基础和创新制度保障,技术标准与知识产权的关系正由矛盾走向统一。数字经济背景下,技术复杂度的提升及更新速度加快使二者的协同趋势更加明显。已有研究虽然关注到技术标准和知识产权协同现象,但对其形成机制及协同效果缺乏系统性解释。通过对技术标准和知识产权协同的内涵框架、影响因素、模式路径及创新影响效应进行梳理,提出未来研究展望。
As the basis of technical rules for industrial development and the guarantee of innova⁃tion systems,the relationship between technical standards and intellectual property rights is shifting from contradiction to unification.In the context of the digital economy,the increase in technological complexity and the speed of updating make the synergy trend between the two more obvious.Although existing studies have focused on the synergy of technical standards and intellectual property rights,they lack a systematic explanation of their formation mechanism and synergy.By sorting out the connotation framework,influencing factors,model paths and innova⁃tion impact effects of technical standards and intellectual property synergy,the future research prospects are proposed.
