摘要 激励对于组织绩效的提升具有重要作用。本文在梳理了组织激励、组织绩效、影响组织绩效和组织激励的因素的相关文献的基础上,构建了组织激励和组织绩效的关系,并以四川海底捞餐饮股份有限公司为例,分析了海底捞公司激励的现状,从而提出改进的策略的思考。据此为餐饮行业有效激励、最终提高企业绩效提供思路。 Incentives play an important role in improving organizational performance.Based on the relevant literature of organizational incentives,organizational performance,factors affecting organizational performance and organizational incentives,this paper builds the relationship between organizational incentives and organizational performance.Taking Sichuan Haidilao Catering Co.,Ltd as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of Haidilao’s incentives,and proposes strategies for improvement.Based on this,it provides ideas for the catering industry to effectively inspire and ultimately improve corporate performance.
