摘要
目的探讨肝脏子宫内膜异位症的诊断和治疗方案。方法回顾性分析1例肝脏子宫内膜异位症患者的临床资料,并复习国内外相关文献。结果该患者术前影像学提示肝包虫可能,经手术治疗,术后组织病理学检查结果提示肝脏子宫内膜异位囊肿,术后4个月随访肝脏囊肿再次出现。结论肝脏子宫内膜异位症是一种罕见疾病,临床上易误诊,确诊需依靠组织病理学。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial cyst of the liver.Methods The clinical data of one patient with endometrial cyst of the liver were retrospectively analyzed,and the related literatures at home and abroad were reviewed.Results The preoperative imaging of this patient suggested that hepatic hydatidosis was possible.After surgical treatment,the results of postoperative histopathological examination suggested that hepatic endometriosis cyst was found.The liver cyst reappeared after 4 months follow-up.Conclusion Endometrial cyst of the liver is a rare disease that is easily misdiagnosed,and should be clearly diagnosed by histopathology.
