摘要
目的自制宣传教育视频+科普视频在外科手术患者术前访视中的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月至2019年1月本院普外科围术期患者68例,按照随机数表法分为2组,每组34例。对照组患者进行常规术前访视,观察组在此基础之上观看自制宣传教育视频和科普视频。访视前和访视后(麻醉前)记录2组患者手术相关知识评分、护理满意度评分,统计抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分,采用高效液相色谱法测定访视前后2组患者去甲肾上腺素(NE)、肾上腺素变化,采用放射免疫法测定访视前后2组患者皮质醇变化。结果访视后,观察组患者手术相关知识评分、护理满意度评分较护理前和对照组升高(P<0.05);访视后观察组患者SAS、SDS评分明显降低(P<0.05);血清NE、肾上腺素和皮质醇含量降低(P<0.05)。结论自制宣传教育视频+科普视频在外科手术患者术前访视中能有效地降低患者的焦虑情绪,提高护理满意度。
Objective To observe application effect of self-made education video and science video on preoperative visits of patients undergoing surgical operation. Methods Sixty-eight perioperative patients from March 2016 to January 2019 in general surgery were enrolled. They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,34 cases in each group. The control group was given routine preoperative visits. On this basis,observation group was given self-made education video and science video. Before and after visit(before anesthesia),scores of surgeryrelated knowledge and nursing satisfaction in both groups were recorded. The scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)were statistically analyzed. The changes in norepinephrine(NE)and adrenaline(E)in both groups before and after visit were measured by high-performance liquid chromatography. The changes in cortisol(COL) in the two groups before and after visit were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results After visit,scores of surgery-related knowledge and nursing satisfaction in observation group were significantly higher than those before nur-sing and in control group(P <0.05). After visit,SAS and SDS scores of observation group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),contents of serum NE,E and COL were significantly decreased(P<0.05). Conclusion Self-made education video and science video can effectively reduce anxiety and improve nursing satisfaction in preoperative visits of patients undergoing surgical operation.
