摘要 锆合金由于在高温环境中具有优异的抗腐蚀能力和低的热中子吸收截面,现已广泛应用于核工业领域。尤其在压水反应堆中,是金属包壳的首选材料。目前,针对锆合金切削性能的理论研究较少。基于DEFORM-3D对锆合金进行切削仿真发现,锆合金在切削中背吃刀量和刀具前角对切削力影响较大。通过研究不同背吃刀量、切削速度、进给速度以及刀具前角等加工参数下对锆合金切削过程中切削力的影响规律,为锆合金产品生产过程中加工参数的合理选取提供理论依据,从而提高加工效率,减小工件变形。 Zircaloy is widely used in the nuclear industry because of its excellent corrosion resistance and low thermal neutron absorption cross section in high temperature environments,especially in pressurized water reactors.It is the preferred material for metal cladding.At present,there are few theoretical studies on the cutting performance of zircaloy-4.In this paper,the cutting simulation of zirconium alloy is carried out based on DEFORM-3D,Based on the influence of cutting parameters,cutting speed,feed speed,tool rake angle and other processing parameters on the cutting force and cutting temperature of Zircaloy during cutting,it is the production process of Zircaloy products.The reasonable selection of processing parameters provides a theoretical basis to improve processing efficiency and reduce workpiece deformation.
