摘要
目的了解靖江市居民慢性病核心知识的掌握情况,为指导慢性病预防提供科学依据。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,在各乡镇卫生院和市人民医院服务范围内随机抽取1个村,对所抽取村15岁及以上的常住居民进行问卷调查。结果 5,548名居民的慢性病核心知识的平均知晓率为71.73%;男性平均知晓率(72.65%)高于女性平均知晓率(70.81%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);随着居民文化程度的提高,核心知识的知晓率相应提高,不同文化程度核心知识知晓率差异具有统计学意义(χ2=995.45,P<0.01);不同职业人群的知晓率差异具有统计学意义(χ2=355.39,P<0.01)。结论在慢性病预防方面,应在了解当地人群核心知识知晓情况的基础上,对居民进行有针对性的干预。
Objective To understand the awareness rate of core knowledge of chronic diseases of residents in Jingjiang City and provide scientific basis for guiding the prevention of chronic diseases.Methods Using cluster random sampling method,a village was randomly selected from the service scope of township hospitals and municipal people’s hospitals.The residents aged 15 and above were investigated by questionnaire.Results The average awareness rate of chronic disease core knowledge of 5,548 residents was 71.73%;the average awareness rate of various knowledge of men(72.65%)was higher than that of women(70.81%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);with the improvement of residents’education,the awareness rate of core knowledge increased correspondingly,and the awareness rate of core knowledge of different education levels was statistically significant(χ2=995.45,P<0.01);the awareness rate of different occupational groups was statistically significant(χ2=355.39,P<0.01).Conclusion In the aspect of chronic disease prevention,targeted intervention should be carried out for residents on the basis of knowing the core knowledge of local people.
