摘要
文章针对某跑车前麦弗逊悬架的整体式下摆臂在采用铝合金材料后出现的局部强度不足问题,提出了铝合金分体式下摆臂方案。但因为悬架结构形式的变化,并增加了新衬套,会对悬架K&C特性造成一定影响。为分析其影响,结合跑车自身的特点进行了初版硬点的布置并分析了该跑车前麦弗逊悬架在采用了分体式下摆臂后的K&C特性,验证了分体式下摆臂的可行性。
After Aluminum Alloy is applied as the material of the traditional Integrated Lower Control Arm of the front Macpherson suspension of certain Sports Car,some fatigue strength problems appear.To solve the problems,a new structure named Separated Lower Control Arm is put forward.Because of the variety of the suspension structure and the additional bushing,the K&C of the Macpherson suspension may vary.To analysis the new structure’s influence to the K&C of the Macpherson suspension,some efforts have been made.The original hard-points are arranged according to space requirements of the sports car and the K&C of the Macpherson suspension employing the Separated Lower Control Arm is analyzed.Finally,it is proved that the Separated Lower Control Arm is feasible.
