摘要
为了解吉拉姆河流域的降雨、径流等水文特性,明确流域内历史大洪水的成因,并为水电工程编制高洪应急预案提供重要依据,通过现场调查和资料收集,对巴基斯坦卡洛特水电站坝址"1992·9"洪水形成过程进行了还原分析。结果表明:该流域受地形和季节影响,表现为降水分配不均,径流主要以融雪和季风降雨补给为主的水文气象特征,结合1992年9月降雨和径流情况论证了该次洪水由全流域范围内持续暴雨形成。巴基斯坦卡洛特水电站坝址洪水为100 a一遇洪水。研究成果可为后期的水电工程施工安全度汛提供可靠的数据支撑。
In order to understand the hydrological characteristics of rainfall,runoff and other hydrological charac⁃teristics of the Jhelum river basin,where Karot hydropower station is located,make clear the causes of historical floods in the basin,and lay the important basis to prepare high flood emergency plans for hydropower projects,this paper carries a reduction analysis of formation process of"1992.9"extraordinary flood in the basin based on field in⁃vestigation and data collection and analysis.The flood formation process shows that the flood frequency is once in 100 years.It provides reliable data support for the construction safety of hydropower project in the later period.
