环曲面和球面角膜塑形镜停戴后角膜曲率变化的比较 被引量:5

摘要 角膜塑形镜是采用逆几何设计的高透氧硬质材料做成的角膜接触镜,可以暂时、可逆地改变角膜曲率,有效控制近视度数,延缓进展性眼轴增长,广泛应用于青少年近视防控之中[1,2]。它是通过眼睑压力和泪液流体力学直接作用于角膜,使角膜中央上皮细胞的胞质向周边移动,从而使中央角膜上皮层变薄,曲率变平坦,借助旁周边反转弧的负压吸引,使周边上皮层增厚,曲率变陡峭。旁周边组织的增厚主要是通过中央和配适弧区细胞间液的转移,细胞有丝分裂的增加和细胞的滞留造成数目的增多,同时可能伴随局部基质层的重塑。这些在猫眼模型上已得到证实[3]。
