摘要
目的研究不同脉动形式对外来医疗器械蒸汽灭菌升温延迟的影响因素,为探索外来器械有效灭菌提供参考。方法采用温度压力检测仪,对脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器采取不同脉动形式观察外来医疗器械延迟升温的因素。结果采用3次跨大气压脉动形式的灭菌器,对特殊材质和复杂结构的器械容易出现升温延迟。采用8次脉动形式的灭菌器,可以避免金属材质管腔器械内部以及复杂材质的器械表面升温延迟的问题。采用3次脉动或8次脉动形式,都会使得复杂材质的器械内部出现升温延迟现象。结论脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器对材质和结构复杂的外来器械灭菌,宜采用8次脉动形式,可有效控制灭菌升温延迟问题。
Objective To study the influencing factors of the heating delay of steam sterilization of loaner medical devices with different pulsations,and to provide reference for exploring the effective sterilization of loaner instruments.Methods Temperature and pressure detector was used to observe the factors of heating delay of loaner medical devices by adopting different pulsations for pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizers.Results Using a sterilizer with 3 transatmospheric pressure pulsations,it was prone to heating delay for instruments with special materials and complicated structures.Using sterilizers with 8 pulsations,the heating delay inside the metal lumen device and on the surface of the complex material device can be avoided.The use of 3 pulsations or 8 pulsations will cause a heating delay inside instruments with complex materials.Conclusion Pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizer with 8 pulsations is suitable for sterilizing loaner instruments with special materials and complex structures and could effectively control the heating delay of sterilization.
