摘要
织物悬垂性伞式投影法结合使用CLO软件模拟平纹棉布、麻布、毛呢、涤纶等多种织物,获得模拟织物的悬垂投影图像。使用matlab软件对伞式投影法获得的悬垂投影图像进行处理,分析并得出悬垂系数、波纹数等可以反映织物悬垂性的数据;使用YG(B)811E型号的织物悬垂性测试仪,测量不同类型织物的悬垂性,获得的数据用来后期修正评价系统,通过matlab对织物投影图像进行灰度化、二值化、滤波处理、轮廓提取,以及对处理后图片进行综合分析处理,自动计算得出反映织物悬垂性的各个数据,进行综合评价织物的悬垂性。
The drape projection image of simulated fabric was obtained by using fabric drape umbrella projection method combined with clo software to simulate plain cotton,linen,woolen fabric,polyester and other fabrics.MATLAB software was used to process and analyze the drape projection image obtained by the umbrella projection method,and the drape coefficient,ripple number and other data that could reflect the drape of the fabric were got.YG(B)811E Fabric Drape Tester was used to measure drapes of different types of fabrics,and the obtained data were used for later correction of the evaluation system.MATLAB was used to conduct grayscale,binarization,filtering processing,contour extraction,and comprehensive analysis and processing of the processed image.The data that reflected the drape of the fabric was automatically calculated to comprehensively evaluate the drape of the fabric.
