摘要
目的:从改进操作方法的角度观察中药隔姜八髎灸治疗中重度原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的患者80例,均来源于黄冈市中医医院妇科门诊,随机分成两组,中药隔姜八髎灸40例为A组,针刺八髎穴40例为B组。A组采用涂抹姜汁、铺中药微粉温经暖宫散、铺桑皮纸、铺姜绒成饼状、置入艾炷并点燃、连续施灸9壮约2 h;B组采用针刺治疗,留针30 min。观察两组患者治疗前后第1月、第2月、第3月经周期及治疗结束后3个月VAS及CMSS测评,比较两种方法的有效性和安全性。结果:A组治疗后的3个月随访期,痛经症状总发作时间、平均严重程度及疼痛自评、总评分明显低于B组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:中药隔姜八髎灸与针刺八髎穴均能改善痛经症状,中药隔姜八髎灸在改善痛经VAS评分及COX症状量表评分方面、在整体疗效及起效时间上明显优于针刺八髎穴,明确了中药隔姜八髎灸治疗中重度原发性痛经疗效的确切性与安全性。
Objective:To observe clinical effect of Ginger-padded moxibustion on Baliao acupoints in the treatment of moderate and severe primary dysmenorrheal(PD).Methods:80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the acupuncture group(n=40)and the ginger-padded moxibustion group(n=40).Baliao acupoints were selected in both groups.9 moxas cones were applied in the ginger-padded moxibustion group for 2h in total.Scores of VAS and CMSS were assessed on the first,second and third menstrual cycle,3 months after the treatment.The effectiveness and safety of the two therapies were compared.Results:The total attack time of pain period,average severity of pain,pain self-assessment and the total scores of dysmenorrhea symptoms were significantly improved in the ginger-padded moxibustion group than those in the acupuncture group during the follow-up 3 months after the treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Both Ginger-padded moxibustion on Baliao acupoints and needling Baliao acupoints could relieve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea.Ginger-padded moxibustion therapy was better than acupuncture therapy in terms of improving the scores of VAS and CMSS,improving overall efficacy and shortening time of onset.Ginger-padded moxibustion on Baliao acupoints was effective and safe for treating moderate and severe PD.
