摘要
农村“中等收入线”是指在时空限定条件下,农民家庭要在当地完成劳动力再生产、过上当地普遍认可的体面生活所必需的货币化收入。“中等收入线”为农民家庭提供了明确的奋斗目标,以及农村评判农民家庭及其劳动力状况的参照系和价值标准。通过实地调查发现,村庄熟人社会和共同体的特性使得大部分农民无法逃离“中等收入线”对他们的价值规约。农民需要参照当地“中等收入线”来安排家庭的劳动力和经营活动,由此形塑了具有一定规律性的农村治理及经济社会现象,包括农村治理模式、代际分工模式、农业生产状况、农民分化状况以及农民城镇化模式。围绕“中等收入线”,农村形成了中等收入群体占主导的“纺锤型”社会结构,构成了农村保持稳定与活力的社会基础。
“Middle income line”in the countryside refers to the monetization of incomes required for farmer families to complete labor force reproduction locally and live a generally and locally recognized decent life under limited conditions of time and space.“Middle income line”provides a definite goal for farmer families to strive for,and a benchmark and value standard to judge such families and their conditions of labor force.Through field survey,the present study finds that given the feature of acquaintance society and community in rural areas,most of farmers are unable to escape from the value rules and restrictions that“middle income line”imposes on.Farmers need to refer to local"middle income line"to arrange their family labor forces and operation activities,hence shaping rural governance and economic social phenomena with certain regularity,including rural governance mode,inter-generation division of work,situation of agricultural production,transfer of farmers and urbanization mode of farmers.Revolving around“middle income line”,a“spindle”social structure dominated by middle income groups has been formed in rural areas,which constitutes the social foundation to maintain stability and vitality of rural areas.
