摘要
目的:探究综合康复在神经妥乐平片治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的护理效果。方法:研究于医院内部选取76例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,各38例,对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施综合康复护理+神经妥乐平片护理,对比患者护理效果、护理并发症发生率及护理后生活质量改善情况。结果:实验组患者护理效果显著好于对照组(P<0.05),且实验组患者护理安全性显著好于对照组(P<0.05),同时实验组护理后生活质量改善情况显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在腰椎间盘突出症患者护理中,给予患者综合康复护理及神经妥乐平片护理效果显著,能够满足患者护理需求,所以可以在临床推广。
Objective:To explore the nursing effect of comprehensive rehabilitation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with neurotroping tablets.Methods:76 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the experimental group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing and neurotolepin film nursing,and the nursing effect,the rate of nursing complications and the improvement of quality of life after nursing were compared.Results:The nursing effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing safety of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of the patients with lumbar disc herniation,the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing and the nursing effect of neurotolepin are significant,which can meet the needs of the patients,so it can be popularized in clinical.
