摘要
目的:探讨三七片、针灸联合手法推拿对神经根型颈椎病患者运动功能及疼痛症状的影响。方法:选取2017年12月—2019年12月期间于本院就诊的98例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者,按照年龄、性别组间具有可比性原则,将其分为对照组与观察组,各组49例。两组患者均采用三七片治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用针灸治疗,观察组采用针灸联合手法推拿治疗。比较两组患者颈椎Cobb角(CA)、颈部功能障碍(NDI)指数、视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)及中医症状积分。结果:治疗后,两组CA、NDI指数均改善,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组颈椎、上肢VAS评分均下降,但观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医症状积分均下降,但观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:神经根型颈椎病患者经三七片、针灸联合手法推拿治疗,可有效降低疼痛感,改善临床症状,促进运动功能恢复,疗效确切。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Panax notoginseng tablets,acupuncture combined with manipulation massage on motor function and pain symptoms in patients with cervical radiculopathy.Methods:98 patients with cough variant asthma treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of comparability between age and sex group,49 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with Panax notoginseng tablets,on this basis,the control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with manual massage.The cervical Cobb angle(CA)and cervical dysfunction(NDI)index were compared between the two groups visual analogue scale(VAS)and TCM symptom score.Results:After treatment,the CA,NDI index of the two groups was improved,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the cervical and upper limb VAS scores of the two groups were decreased,but the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy by panax notoginseng,acupuncture and massage can effectively reduce pain,improve clinical symptoms,promote motor function recovery,and the curative effect is accurate.
