摘要
目的调查云浮市无偿献血者的相关情况,分析其满意率。方法随机抽取2018年6月至2019年9月云浮市各采血站点及团体献血活动中1202名献血者,进行献血相关信息及相关指标满意度的调查。结果本次调查的人员中男性比例高于女性,以26~45岁为主,主体人群主要来源于企事业单位,献血者中二次或以上献血的人数超过60%,大部分献血者认为献血的目的是帮助别人,无偿献血者获取献血知识的途径多样,上一次献血的体验是影响再次献血的重要因素。已献血液的检测结果和赠品是最喜欢的答谢方式。98%的调查者愿意再次献血。献血者对血站的总体满意率为96%,满意率较低的是献血者的休息环境、献血设施、设备及献血纪念品。结论云浮市无偿献血者对血站的满意率总体较好,但是对休息环境、献血设施和设备满意度较差,有针对性地改善相关条件对促进无偿献血工作持续发展有着重要意义。
Objective To investigate the situation of unpaid blood donors in Yunfu City,analyze their satisfaction rate.Methods 1202 blood donors from various blood collection sites were randomly selected from June 2018 to September 2019 in Yunfu City.Related information and satisfaction was investigated in blood donation.Results The proportion of men was higher than that of women,mainly 26-45 years old.The population mainly comes from enterprises and institutions.Blood donors of twice or more were more than 60%.Helping others were important purpose in most people.Donation knowledge was acquired by various ways.The experience of the last blood donation was an important factor to affect the blood donation again.The test results and gifts of donated blood were the favorite way of appreciation.98%population were willing to donate blood again.The overall satisfaction rate was 96%.Lower satisfaction rate was the rest environment,blood donation facilities and equipment and blood donation souvenirs.Conclusion The satisfaction rate is generally good in unpaid blood donors of Yunfu City.The satisfaction rate is poor in rest environment,blood donation facilities and equipment.Targeted improvement is important to promote the development of unpaid blood donation.
